§ 13-16. Fees.

The city council shall adopt a schedule of fees for:
(a)

All food establishment permits; change of ownership; re-issuance of a permit after expiration; and additional printed permits. The department of building and community services will not issue a permit until all fees have been paid.

(b)

The following fee schedule applies to all permits issued under this chapter:
