§ 14-15. Collection and removal of solid waste.

It shall be the duty of the city (and/or its contracted agent) to collect and remove all properly containerized garbage and solid waste from all premises, required by this chapter to be removed by the city, in a reasonable and expeditious manner under the circumstances.
