§ 14-17. Container specifications.

Refuse containers shall be no more than thirty-gallon bags, a minimum of two (2) mils in strength, or other acceptable bags, of a type approved by the city manager. Any other container may be used for the deposit and collection of garbage and trash only upon specific approval thereof by the director of environmental health. Fifty-five-gallon barrels are not approved containers.
