§ 17-3. Record identification of motor vehicles.

In the case of parts of motor vehicles, and in addition to the information required to be entered in the register of purchasers, such record shall contain all serial numbers, engine numbers or other identifying numbers, the make, style, model, color and license number of the automobile from which the same were taken.
