§ 18-13. Operating water craft during periods of low water level.

The operation of all water craft, including but not limited to motor boats, personal recreational craft, rafts, canoes, and barges, on Lake Waxahachie during the current period of low water level is hereby banned until further action by the city council of the City of Lake Waxahachie. Except for authorized personnel in the performance of duty, any person violating any provision of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
