§ 18-53. Discharge of excreta.

It shall be unlawful for any person to dispose of human excreta in any manner in Lake Waxahachie. Any boat equipped with sanitary facilities which discharge through the hull of such boat shall be prohibited upon the lake unless the discharge ports thereon are sealed in such a manner as to prohibit through-hull discharge of such facilities.
