§ 18-62. Removal.

Any boat, raft or device may be immediately removed by the city from the waters of Lake Waxahachie and impounded, if:
(a)

The boat, raft or device is in an unsafe operating condition; or

(b)

The boat, raft or device is in violation of any of the applicable provisions of this Code, state law or city ordinance; or,

(c)

The operator of the boat, raft or device is in violation of any of the applicable provisions of this Code, state law or city ordinance.

Any person owning, operating or controlling any such boat, raft or device who shall refuse to remove same, when so ordered under the provisions of this section, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
