§ 19-41. Placement of homes.

Mobile homes in every mobile home park shall be so harbored on each lot that there shall be at least a ten (10) foot clearance between mobile homes. No mobile home shall be located closer than ten (10) feet from any building within the park or from any property line bounding the park. Every mobile home shall be so located that no part of the mobile home, any structure attached thereto, nor any structure on the lot, is closer than twenty-five (25) feet to the edge of the paved road surface.
