§ 21-71. Permit.

(a)

Generally. All persons who wish to film the city, and to use any street, right-of-way, or other public place, shall apply for and secure a permit from the city manager or his designee.

(b)

Exceptions. Excluded from this article are special events such as parades, the Gingerbread Trail, the filming of news events, and other filming or events as designated by the city manager or his designee, and any filming not requiring the use of public property.

(c)

Fee. No fee for said permit shall be required.
