An offering for sale of clothes, household furniture, appliances and household and
personal items. A garage sale may be conducted, provided that such sale is conducted
primarily by the residents of the premises only and that not more than two (2) such
sales not exceeding two (2) days duration each, may be conducted on any residential
lot or residential premises during a calendar year. A permit must be obtained from
the City of Waxahachie prior to the conducting of any garage sale, and must be displayed
at the main entrance to the house.
