§ 22-1. Restriction of parking—Designation.

The city park department is hereby authorized to designate areas in which parking of motor vehicles is prohibited and/or hours during which motor vehicle parking is prohibited in any city park, and is required to erect signs marking the no parking areas or restricted hours during which motor vehicles may be left parked.
