§ 22-3. Curfew.

It shall be unlawful for any person to enter or remain in any City of Waxahachie public park after the hour of 10:00 p.m., said curfew extending to sunrise, unless the person holds a written permit, signed by the city manager or park superintendent. This curfew shall not apply to attendance at any special event in the public parks, which has been approved by the City of Waxahachie, and is not to prohibit camping, fishing or boating at Lake Waxahachie.
