§ 22-22. Meetings.

The park board shall hold meetings as may be determined by it, and may set regular meeting dates as frequently as the board may desire. Special meetings may be called for the transaction of any business, and a quorum of the members of the board at any meeting shall be determined at a minimum of the majority thereof. All meetings of the park board shall be public, but the meeting place may be designated by the park board and does not have to be held at the city hall.
