§ 23-7. Use of telephone.

It shall be unlawful for any peddler to use a telephone for the peddling of goods, wares, merchandise or services or the solicitation of funds or any activity connected to the business of peddling or soliciting, unless a permit is obtained for said use of a telephone, in accordance with the requirements of sections 23-18 through 23-31 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Waxahachie.
