The original zone shall continue to have taken effect on December 16, 2002 and that
the termination of the zone has been extended to October 6, 2008 or at such point
in time as described in the zone's revised project and financing plan. This amendment
to tax increment reinvestment zone No. 1 shall take effect on October 6, 2003 and
the termination date shall also be October 6, 2028, or at such point as described
in the zone's project and financing plan. These termination dates may also be extended
by subsequent ordinance of the city council.
