§ 28-58. Trees and plants in or near parkways.

  • The city manager, or his appointed agent, may find that a plant or tree within the parkway is not in fact a view obstruction nor a traffic hazard, and in that event the city may allow the plant or tree to remain. In addition, the city manager or his appointed agent may trim plants or trees on private property and within ten (10) feet of the parkway, if they find the plant or tree is a visibility or traffic hazard.
