§ 2-3. Council meetings.

The date for the regular city council meetings for the city council of the city shall be the first and third Monday nights of each month. The hour of the meeting shall be 7:00 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. as set by the council for each meeting. The city council may, by motion entered in the minutes of a meeting, change any particular meeting to some other hour or day.
