On behalf of the City of Waxahachie, Texas, the city council hereby exercises its
option and elects to have the city and all of the employees of all departments, except
firemen eligible to participate in the City's Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund,
but including firemen who are ineligible to participate in said Firemen's Relief and
Retirement Fund, participate in the Texas Municipal Retirement System as provided
in Title 110B, Subtitle G., Revised Civil Statutes of Texas.
