§ 31-34. Examination of books.

The city, through a designated official, shall at all times have the right to examine and audit the books of each person conducting a taxicab business to determine its gross income from the operations of the taxicab. Every such person shall keep a complete set of books and records as would be necessary to make the proper calculations.
