§ 32-136. Operation of vehicles in city parks.

It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to drive or operate any motor vehicle, including but not limited to, automobiles, motorcycles and motor bikes, within public park areas or on park property of the City of Waxahachie, except on streets or roadways designated for traffic or in designated parking areas of such park, or except for city authorized service vehicles or any vehicles when authorized in writing by the city manager or city council. The city manager or his duly authorized representative is directed to secure and erect appropriate signs in park areas, advising persons of the requirements and provisions of this section.
