§ 32-274. Flares or reflectors for commercial vehicles parked at night.

It shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave standing any commercial motor vehicle, truck, tractor, trailer or semi-trailer on any street within the city from sundown until 11:00 p.m. of any day unless the operator or driver of such vehicle shall place a lighted flare or reflector upon the roadway side of such vehicle, visible for a distance of at least two hundred (200) feet from either direction.
