§ 32-332. Application for permit.

Three (3) days of notice shall be given to the Waxahachie Police Department of any planned parade as a prerequisite for the issuance of a parade permit. The three (3) days of notice may be waived by the police department for good cause shown. A detailed route of the parade, presented in writing or on a map, shall be filed with the police department at the time that the parade permit is requested, being at least three (3) days before the parade. Request for the permit shall be made through the Waxahachie Police Department.
