§ 33-151. Applicability.

The provisions of this article concerning water and wastewater impact fees apply to all new, non-exempt development within the corporate boundaries of the city and within its extraterritorial jurisdiction. The provisions of this article concerning roadway impact fees apply to all new, non-exempt development within the corporate boundaries of the city. The provisions of this article apply uniformly within each service area.
