§ 33-171. Water improvements plan.

Latest version.

(a)

The Water Improvements Plan for the City of Waxahachie shall be that last updated in accordance with section 33-162.

(b)

The water improvements plan may be amended from time to time, pursuant to the procedures in section 33-162.
