§ 33-173. Wastewater service area.

(a)

There is hereby established a wastewater service area, constituting land within city limits and within the city's extraterritorial jurisdiction. The official wastewater service area shall be that last updated in accordance with section 33-162.

(b)

The boundaries of the wastewater service area may be amended from time to time, or new wastewater service areas may be delineated, pursuant to the procedures in section 33-162.
