§ 33-176. Roadway service areas.

(a)

There are hereby established seven (7) roadway service areas, constituting land within the corporate limits of the city. The official roadway service areas shall be those adopted by the ordinance originally establishing roadway impact fees or those last updated in accordance with section 33-162.

(b)

The boundaries of the roadway services areas may be amended from time to time, or new roadway service areas may be delineated, pursuant to the procedures in section 33-162.
