§ 5-25. Persons under eighteen years of age.

The owner, lessee or manager of any public domino parlor shall not permit any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to enter such place of business or to remain there for any length of time without the written consent of the parent of such minor, or permit any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to play dominoes in such place of business without the written consent of the parent of such minor.
