§ 5-37. Fees.

The city secretary is authorized to collect the following annual license fees for each location in which a pool or billiard table is owned and operated for profit, or at which a public domino parlor is operated, to wit: The sum of ten dollars ($10.00) annually per pool or billiard table and fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each public domino parlor.
