§ 5-55. Dancing restricted.

It shall be unlawful for any person to dance at any place except at a place duly licensed under the provisions of this article or exempt herefrom. The operator or manager or other person in charge of any such place permitting any person to engage in a dance as prohibited by this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
