§ 6-55. Violations.

(a)

A person who owns or keeps custody or control of a dangerous animal commits an offense if the person fails to comply with section 6-51.1.

(b)

Violation of any section under this division is punishable by a fine not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000.00).
