§ 5.03. Anticipated revenues compared with other years in budget.

In preparing the budget, the city manager shall make a comparison of the several items of revenue and expenditure; the actual amount of each item for the last completed fiscal year, the original and latest estimated amounts for the current fiscal year, and the proposed amount for the ensuing fiscal year.
