The contractor shall have the sole and exclusive franchise, license and privilege
to provide residential, commercial, industrial, and construction solid waste collection,
removal, and disposal services along with collection and delivery services of residential
recyclables within the corporate limits of the city. The city shall take any action
necessary and appropriate to protect and enforce the contractor's exclusive franchise,
license, and privileges from infringement by any vendor including but not limited
to, civil suit and injunction against such parties.
