§ 14-42. City responsible for regulating proper collection and disposal of all commercial/industrial solid waste service.

The director of environmental health shall have the responsibility to oversee the proper collection, removal, and disposal of all solid waste and commercial or industrial recyclables generated by a business (including commercial and industrial) in the city to ensure the health and safety of all citizens, employees, and/or persons. The director may require registration of commercial or industrial recyclables.
