§ 15-39. General prohibition; maximum height of weeds and grass.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person owning a lot or lots, and/or his agent, within the City of Waxahachie, to fail to keep said lot or lots free from weeds, rubbish, brush, and any other objectionable, unsightly, or unsanitary matter of whatever nature. It shall specifically be unlawful to allow grass or weeds to grow to over twelve (12) inches in height.
