§ 18-6. Removal of garbage, trash.

Garbage and trash shall be collected and removed from the lake shore by the persons responsible for the accumulation of same. No dead animal, or any part thereof, fish, decayed vegetable, food, ashes, garbage, offal, rubbish or filth of any kind which, by its decay or putrification, could or would become offensive, shall be placed or permitted to be placed or remain in such a manner that it will drain toward or reach, or tend to drain or reach Lake Waxahachie, or any of its drains, streams or tributaries.
