§ 18-8. Discharging firearms.

It shall be unlawful for any person to shoot, fire or discharge any pistol or rifle in, on, along or across Lake Waxahachie. It shall be unlawful for any person to have in possession any rifle or pistol on the waters of Lake Waxahachie, or within two hundred (200) yards of Lake Waxahachie; provided, however, that such provisions shall not apply to any peace officer, game warden or representative of the state game and fish commission in the lawful discharge of their lawful duties.
