§ 18-21. Construction within flood elevation—Restricted.

Any construction, whatsoever, located below elevation 537 on the slope of Lake Waxahachie must be authorized specifically by the city. No habitations will be permitted to be constructed within seventy-five (75) feet measured horizontally from normal water elevation 531.5, or below flood elevation 537, whichever is farther from the waters of Lake Waxahachie, nor any other construction except boathouses, piers and docks, as authorized specifically in each case by the city.
