§ 18-22. Same—Release of liability.

In the instance of authorized construction of boathouses, piers and docks within the flood elevation of Lake Waxahachie, no such authorization will be given except and unless the city is furnished with an approved release of liability for damage due to floods or any other damage caused by water or act of third parties, by the owner or other person desiring to make such installation.
