§ 18-23. Permit required.

No pier, dock, boathouse, ski jump, blind or raft, or other device or structure shall be constructed, placed or maintained on any part of the waters of Lake Waxahachie, or the islands therein, or upon any lands owned or controlled by the district or the city, except upon written permit issued by the city.
