§ 18-25. Conditions for issuance.

No permit shall be issued under this article unless the city shall be satisfied that the structure for which such permit is desired shall not constitute a violation of any standard of health and sanitation, nor constitute a menace to navigation or to the persons or property of others, nor constitute a violation of any section, subsection or provision of this article or other applicable provisions of this Code, ordinances of the city or of any of the laws of the state, and same shall be granted subject to all existing and future statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations of the city.
