§ 18-26. Sewage disposal.

All habitations located along the marginal lands adjacent to Lake Waxahachie shall be provided with a septic tank having sufficient and properly constructed subsurface disposal systems, or be connected to a public sewerage system having adequate facilities, in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the city, and shall be installed under and in accordance with all existing city ordinances, rules and regulations, and the statutes, rules and regulations of the state department of public health.
