§ 18-55. Life preservers.

No person shall operate any boat upon the waters of Lake Waxahachie or its tributaries unless and until such boat is equipped with one (1) life preserver for each person riding therein. Every person operating or riding in any boat upon the waters of Lake Waxahachie or its tributaries must be wearing or have within his reach and readily accessible to him a life preserver at all times.
