§ 18-56. Passengers—Maximum capacity.

No person owning or operating a boat or other craft on Lake Waxahachie shall permit the same to be occupied by more persons than the rated capacity of such boat or other craft or to be loaded with passengers or cargo beyond its safe capacity, taking into consideration weather and other operating conditions.
