Streets and utilities in mobile home parks may either be dedicated to the city for
public use or ownership retained by the owner of the mobile home park. If streets
and utilities are dedicated, they must meet the requirements of sections 8, 9 and 11 of the subdivision regulations, Ordinance Number 0906, as amended, of the
city, with only twenty-eight (28) feet of paved width to be required on dedicated
minor streets.
