Any permanent administration or accessory buildings, other than storage buildings
for the park itself, shall be brick veneer, or masonry construction to the ceiling
line, with wood allowed for decorative use only and for that purpose only, when approved
by the city council. Storage buildings must have two (2) hour fire-resistant outside
walls, as the two (2) hour fire-resistant walls are specified in the city building
code.
