§ 24-2. Comprehensive plan adopted.

(a)

The comprehensive plan for the city is hereby adopted as a general development guide for the area within the existing city limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction.

(b)

An original copy shall be maintained by the city secretary for public inspection during regular business hours.
