§ 2-14. Application of policy.

This ethics policy shall apply to the city council, the city manager and all assistant city managers, the city attorney and all assistant city attorneys, the city secretary and all assistant city secretaries, judge of corporation court and all assistant corporation court judges, city employees at the director level or higher and to all members of boards and commissions appointed by the city council, collectively "city representatives."
