§ 2-18. Enforcement.

Violation of this ethics policy by any city representative that is elected or appointed shall be subject to censure by the city council and/or removal from the city position if in an appointed position, or subject to recall by the voters for misconduct if in an elected city position. In addition, violation of this ethics policy by a city representative that is also a city employee shall subject that employee to appropriate disciplinary action, including dismissal, by the city manager.
