Subject to like provisions being made by the Commissioners Court of Ellis County,
Texas, by proper order, duly promulgated and entered on their minutes and by the City
of Midlothian by ordinance duly passed, and as authorized by the provisions of the
Airport Zoning Act, Texas Local Government Code, §§ 241.001 et seq., there is hereby
created a joint airport zoning board, to be known as the Midway Joint Airport Zoning
Board, which board shall have the powers and exercise the duties set forth in Texas
Local Government Code, §§ 241.014.
