The Midway Airport Joint Zoning Board shall be composed of seven (7) members; two
(2) members to be appointed by this city council, two (2) members to be appointed
by the City Council of the City of Midlothian and two (2) members to be appointed
by the Commissioners Court of Ellis County, Texas; the seventh member shall be elected
by a majority of the members so appointed and said seventh member shall serve as Chairman
of the Midway Joint Airport Zoning Board.
Exercising its rights as an appointing authority, the City Council of the City of
Waxahachie, Texas, shall appoint two (2) members to a new joint airport zoning board
who may continue to serve solely at the discretion of this city council.
